When we experience anxiety that interferes in our ability to function and live our lives, it is because the “flight or flight” part of our nervous system is activated, often at times when it doesn’t need to be. In my work, I will help you learn skills to activate the part of our nervous system that helps us relax, as well as support you in identifying and correcting distorted thought patterns that may be contributing to your anxiety.
